What GhoulStay is
GhoulStay is a puzzle video game by Marbo Games played in the browser. The characters, artwork, music, text and code belong to Marbo Games or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
Data we keep
You can play without giving us any data: your game is saved in your own browser. If you create an account, we keep your email address, the name you choose and your game, so you can carry on on another device.
We count visits in aggregate to know how many people come by. The IP address is stored cryptographically hashed with a secret key, so it cannot identify anyone.
Cookies
We only use the essential technical cookies: the session one, the one that keeps you logged in if you have an account, and the one for the language you choose. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Third parties
We use Mailjet to send login emails and Stripe to take payments. We never see or store your card details.
Purchases
Gems are digital content delivered instantly and only usable inside the game; they have no value outside it and cannot be exchanged for money. By buying you agree to immediate delivery and, with it, you lose the right of withdrawal, as the law provides for digital content. If something goes wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will fix it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data by writing to hola@marbogames.com, and you can delete your account yourself at any time. We reply within 30 days at most.
Children
GhoulStay is suitable for all ages. Children under 14 need permission from a parent or guardian to create an account, and an adult’s permission for any purchase.
