Data we keep
You can play without giving us any data: your game is saved in your own browser. If you create an account, we keep your email address, the name you choose and your game, so you can carry on from another device.
We count visits in aggregate to know how many people come by. IP addresses are stored cryptographically hashed with a secret key, so they cannot identify anyone.
Cookies
We only use essential technical cookies: the session cookie, the one that keeps you signed in if you have an account, and the one that remembers the language you choose. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Third parties
We use Mailjet to send sign-in emails and Stripe to take payments. We never see or store your card details.
Purchases
The full adventure is digital content: it is delivered immediately, tied to your account and paid for once, with no subscription. By buying it you agree to immediate delivery and, with it, waive the right of withdrawal, as the law provides for digital content. If anything goes wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will sort it out.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hola@marbogames.com, and you can delete your account yourself at any time. We reply within 30 days.
Minors
It is an adventure with intrigue and non-lethal action. Children under 14 need permission from a parent or guardian to create an account, and from an adult for any purchase.
